Integrity is the point, not a policy.
Students author their own work. We advise, challenge, coach and review; we do not guarantee admission or manufacture accomplishments.
No guaranteed admissions
No one can honestly guarantee admission to a selective university. Decisions are made solely by universities. We will never promise, imply or sell an outcome.
Students author their own work
Essays, personal statements, activity descriptions and every other part of an application are written by the student. We ask questions, help with structure and give candid feedback. We never write, rewrite or ghost-edit application material.
Nothing fabricated or exaggerated
We do not invent, inflate or purchase accomplishments, research, publications, nonprofits, recommendations or awards. Every claim in an application should be true and something the student can explain.
Olympiads, competitions and selection organisations
Fulworth has no role in any competition, team, award or selection process, and clients receive no preferential access, information or consideration in any of them. Where the founder has any separate involvement with an education or competition organisation, that work is kept entirely apart from Fulworth: no data, contacts or participant lists are shared, and any potential conflict is disclosed and managed by stepping back from the decision.
No university affiliation or endorsement
Fulworth is independent. Prior experience as an MIT Admissions Interviewer is the founder's own experience; it is not an affiliation with MIT and gives Fulworth no access to or influence over any university's decisions. We will never display university logos as trust badges or describe a relationship we don't have. Fulworth does not act as an agent for any university and does not receive placement fees.
Independent of the founder's employer
Fulworth Education is not connected with the founder's employer, which does not sponsor, endorse or have any involvement in it. The founder's volunteer education work is likewise separate, and Fulworth's clients receive no advantage in any competition or selection process.
Privacy, honesty and wellbeing
We collect only the information we need, keep it confidential, and never publish student details or outcomes without explicit permission. We respect academic honesty, and we put a student's wellbeing ahead of any application strategy.
When we decline to work with a family
We will decline or end an engagement if we are asked to write application material, fabricate or exaggerate accomplishments, misrepresent a student, or seek an unfair advantage. We would rather lose the work than compromise the student's integrity.
