Grades 9–12 (or equivalent) and adult students
Strategic Diagnostic
A focused review of where you are, what matters most, and the decisions ahead.
Who it's for
Is this the right fit?
- Families who want an informed outside view before committing to a longer engagement.
- Students with STEM interests who are unsure which commitments deserve their time.
- Students weighing US, UK and Singapore options and wanting to understand the trade-offs.
The challenge
Many students are busy but not sure their activities add up to anything they genuinely care about. Families hear conflicting advice and are unsure which decisions are urgent. The diagnostic creates a clear picture of the student's interests, current commitments and realistic next steps, without a long-term commitment.
What it typically covers
Scope and process
- A short intake questionnaire completed by the family before the session.
- A structured strategy conversation with the student and, where appropriate, a parent or guardian.
- A review of academic interests, current commitments and the constraints the family is working with.
- A written summary of priorities, open questions and recommended next steps.
The exact scope, cadence and deliverables are confirmed in your private proposal.
- Cadence
- A single focused engagement. The exact format is confirmed in your proposal.
- Typical duration
- Short and self-contained; timing is agreed when the diagnostic is scheduled.
- Who you work with
- Delivered personally by our founder and lead advisor. Fulworth does not currently have other advisers; if specialist advisers join in future, their role will be named in your proposal.
- Fees
- Each engagement is scoped around the student's needs. We share program details and a tailored fee proposal following a consultation.
- Separate costs
- Test registration, application fees, competition entries, summer programs and other third-party costs are paid by families directly and are not arranged through Fulworth.
