This notice explains what personal information Fulworth Education collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. Notice version: 2026-09-draft-1.

Who we are

Fulworth Education's legal entity details will be published on this page before the service launches.

Fulworth Education is independent and is not affiliated with any university, the founder's employer, or any competition organisation. Information you give us is not shared with any of them.

Adults only

Our forms are for parents, guardians, educators and students aged 18 or over. We ask that you don't send us a younger student's name, date of birth, school, grades, test scores, essays or other sensitive details through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us using the contact form and we will delete it.

What we collect and why

Webinar registration

Your name, email address, your role (for example parent or adult student), the student's general stage (such as “Grade 10”), your country or time zone, and an optional question. We use these to register you, send your confirmation, joining details and reminders, tell you about changes to the event, and prepare the session.

Fit-call and contact requests

Your name, email address and role, the student's general stage, destination and subject interests, your goals or message, your contact preference, and how you heard about us. We use these to respond to you and to arrange and prepare for a conversation.

Email updates (optional)

If you choose to receive updates, we keep your email address and a record of when you asked, confirmed or withdrew consent. We only send updates after you confirm from your inbox, and every update includes an unsubscribe link. Agreeing to updates is never a condition of registering for anything.

How you found us

When you submit a form, we store the page you first arrived on and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source), so we can understand which activities are useful. We don't use advertising cookies or build profiles about you.

Website statistics

We count anonymous events such as “webinar registration completed” without names, email addresses, IP addresses or free text. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we don't record client-side events at all.

Security

To prevent abuse, we may use a bot-protection check on forms and we rate-limit submissions using a one-way, salted hash of your connection's IP address rather than the address itself.

Cookies and similar technologies

Public pages don't set cookies of their own. Your browser's session storage keeps the first page you visited and any campaign tags until you close the tab. Staff sign-in uses a strictly necessary cookie. A bot-protection provider, where enabled on a form, may set its own strictly necessary cookies.

Who we share information with

We don't sell personal information. We use service providers to run the website, covering hosting, database storage, email delivery, spam protection and, if you choose to book online, scheduling. They process information on our instructions. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymise it. Specific retention periods will be set out here before launch. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information, to object to its use, and to withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe from updates using the link in any update. For anything else, please contact us using the contact form.

Changes

If we change this notice in a meaningful way, we will update the date and version above. See also our terms of use.
