Working with Fulworth
General questions
Who is Fulworth Education for?
Students with interests in STEM and related quantitative fields, including computer science, AI, engineering, mathematics, the natural sciences and quantitative economics, who are planning for selective universities in the US, UK and Singapore, and their families. We work best with students who want to do meaningful work and communicate it honestly.
When should families start?
There is no single right time. Many families first speak with us in Grades 9–11, when there is room to explore interests and build depth without pressure. Application-year students can also benefit from focused strategy and structured support. A fit call is a good way to decide whether starting now makes sense.
Do you only help STEM students?
At launch, our specialist focus is STEM-focused applicants. If a student's interests sit outside that focus, we will say so honestly during the fit call rather than stretch beyond what we do well.
Do you advise on US, UK and Singapore applications?
Yes. We focus on selective universities in the US, the UK and Singapore, including students applying to more than one. We do not currently advertise expertise in other countries' application systems.
Do you write essays?
No. Students author their own work. We ask questions, help with structure and give candid feedback on drafts; we never write, rewrite or ghost-edit application material.
Can you guarantee admission?
No. No one can honestly guarantee admission to a selective university, and decisions are made solely by universities. We help students make good decisions, develop real depth and present their own work clearly.
Is the fit call free?
Yes. The fit call is a free conversation of about 15–20 minutes to understand what you are looking for and whether Fulworth is a good fit. It is not a detailed plan or a sales pitch.
Are your fees published?
Each engagement is scoped around the student's needs. We share program details and a tailored fee proposal following a consultation.
Who will we work with directly?
Our founder. Fulworth Education is founder-led, and he works directly with every family today. If specialist advisers join in future, their involvement will be stated clearly in your proposal.
Is Fulworth affiliated with MIT, the founder's employer or a competition organisation?
No. Fulworth Education is independent. Our founder's prior experience as an MIT Admissions Interviewer is his own. It is not an affiliation between Fulworth and MIT, and it gives Fulworth no role in, or influence over, any admissions decision. Fulworth is not connected to the founder's employer or to any competition organisation.
Can international families work with Fulworth remotely?
Yes. Fulworth works remotely, so families can take part from anywhere with a reliable internet connection. Sessions are scheduled across time zones at times that work for the student.
What if I am under 18?
Please ask a parent or guardian to contact us or register for events on your behalf. We do not collect personal details from students under 18 through this website.
How are personal and student information handled?
Our public forms collect only what we need to respond: an adult's name and email and a few broad details such as school stage and time zone. We do not ask for a student's name, date of birth, school, transcripts or essays through the website. Marketing emails are optional, separate, and only sent after you confirm your subscription. Is there a cost to attend?
No. Fulworth webinars are free to attend.
Who can register?
Parents and guardians, adult students (18+) and educators. Students under 18 are welcome to watch with a parent or guardian, who should register.
What happens after I register?
You will receive a confirmation email with the event details and a calendar file. Joining instructions are sent by email. Reminders are sent before the event. You will not be added to any marketing list unless you separately choose to receive updates.
Will the session be recorded?
Each event page states its recording policy. A recording is shared only if one is made and approved for sharing.
Which time zone is the event in?
Event times are shown in the organiser's named time zone and, where your browser allows, converted to your local time. The calendar file uses universal time so your calendar shows the correct local time automatically.
Does attending give any admissions or competition advantage?
No. Webinars are educational. Attending does not confer any advantage in university admissions or in any competition or selection process.
